Private Charters Cancellation & Refund Policy

Small Boats

• More than seven days before departure: Full refund of deposit. Reschedule the charter at no additional cost subject to availability
• Three days before departure: 50% of deposit refunded. Reschedule with fee subject to availability.
• Less than three days: No refund. Reschedule with fee subject to availability

Limousine of the Sea 1 & 2

• More than 30 Days before departure: Full refund or rescheduling without additional cost
• 14 to 30 days before departure: 75% or an option to reschedule with a fee based on availability.
• Less than 14 days. No Refund. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Chica Locca Tours based on availability and a rescheduling fee.

General Terms & Conditions

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to our customer service team. The timestamp of the email will determine the cancellation time.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the approval of the cancellation request.
• In case of inclement weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances that lead to the cancellation of a tour by Chica Locca Tours, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without any additional fees.
• Chica Locca Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel tours for safety reasons. Guests will be offered a full refund or rescheduling options if changes significantly alter the tour experience or if a tour is canceled.
• Any rescheduled tour is subject to availability. Prices may vary based on the new booking date, and guests will be responsible for any price differences
