Public Tours Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 24 hours before departure: Guests can receive a full refund or reschedule their tour at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Less than 24 Hours Before Tour or No-Show: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour date, arrive late, or don’t show, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

Private Charters Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 30 days before departure: Full refund or rescheduling of the charter at no additional cost, subject to availability.
14 to 30 days before departure: 75% refund or an option to reschedule the charter with a rescheduling fee, based on availability.
Less than 14 days before departure: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Chica Locca Tours, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

For Cruise Ship Guests

Full refund if the cruise misses port or is canceled, up to the day of cruise arrival.

How and when should I book a tour?

Our tours fill up fast, especially for summer. We recommend booking in advance.

It’s best to book online! Email is best if any questions arise.

Is the Tour recommended for Families and Children?

Yes, our tours are fun for all ages!

We are also offering adult-only booze cruises from Puerto Vallarta. Please ask about upcoming events.

Are there bathrooms on the boat?

All of our boats do have a bathroom. The Chica Limousine is equipped with 3 bathrooms for your comfort.

How big is the boat? How many people fit?

All our boats vary in size.

Our most used boat, the Chica Limousine, is a 100 ft. Catamaran Mega Yacht. Maximum capacity is 185 guests, but we only allow up to 105 guests on tours to ensure there is plenty of space and everyone is comfortable.

The boat is spacious enough where everyone can find their own space onboard. There’s lounge areas across the deck with plenty of chairs and cushions.

Do you have Private Tour Options available?

Yes! We have many different private tour options available for any size group.

Are pictures included?

No, pictures are not included. Be sure to add one of our professional photographers during the check-out process to receive a discount and our lowest price.

Public Tours

For guests that are staying in Sayulita, we have a complimentary shuttle that leaves from our Sayulita Office Location. This is only meant for those staying in Sayultia.

If you are staying in a different location, you will need to arrange transportation to meet the boat at the marina. We are happy to assist you to arrange transportation, we have all of the best local transportation contacts. Please let us know if you would like us to arrange transportation for you.

What Marina does the boat leave from?

Some tours depart from Paradise Village Public Pier in Nuevo Vallarta, while others depart from La Cruz Marina (Marina Cruz de Huanacaxtle). Please check your confirmation email for specific departures.
