Are Chica Locca Public Tours recommended for families and children?
Some of our tours offer exceptional family experiences. The safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests are our priority. It all depends on which tour you choose. There are options not recommended for children, such as Mega Yacht ALL INCLUSIVE: Yelapa, and excellent family-friendly options, such as Marietas Islands National Park, our unique tour for the season Sunsets and Whales Mega Yachts ALL INCLUSIVE: Puerto Vallarta and Remote Beach Paradise. While alcohol is served on all our tours, we also serve several non-alcoholic beverages. Music, dancing, socializing, ocean activities, and fun times make all our tours family-friendly. If your family is sensitive to adult song lyrics, please notify your cruise director and we will accommodate you.
What should I bring with me?
It is recommended that you bring a towel, nontoxic sunscreen, a sweater or jacket, dry clothes, something to swim in, and a great attitude.
Are there bathrooms on the boat?
Yes, all of our boats are equipped with clean, modern toilets. Our mega yachts have plenty of bathrooms to support large groups, while our Chica Fun Day yachts have 1. The Super Panga is our only boat that does not have a bathroom.
Tell me more about your boats.
All of our boats vary in size. Our two large Limousine of the Sea Mega yachts are 100’ feet long with room for over 105 to 185 passengers. We also have several “Chica Fun” boats between 65’ to 50’ catamarans and one single hull. All of our boats are stable, well-equipped, safe, very comfortable, and specifically designed for maximum enjoyment. Do you have private tour options available?

Is the ocean safe and comfortable for swimming?
The tropical waters of the Banderas Bay offer some of the most consistent, safe and tranquil ocean swimming in the world. Ocean water temperatures are warm and inviting. Our expert ocean crew stops for water activities only in the safest, most calm spots and are aware of daily ocean conditions and share this information with our guests.
Are public tours available for the elderly or disabled?
With the help of our crew and with advanced notice we can accommodate most requests. Some tours are better than others. Remote Beach Paradise can accommodate, the elderly and the disabled with assistance.
Are photographs included?
A professional photographer is assigned to every tour. You can purchase a photo package with the photographer on the boat.
Is ground transportation to my meeting point included?
No, ground transportation to your tour meeting point is not included. However, we offer easy booking for ground transportation with us. Click here.
For Public tour groups from Sayulita. We provide complimentary transportation from the Sayulita Office only.
What Marina does the boat leave from?
Chica Locca Tours uses three marinas or meeting points in the Banderas Bay. All this depends on the meeting point specified on the product page.

- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to our customer service team. The timestamp of the email will determine the cancellation time.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the approval of the cancellation request.
