Your day begins at Chica Locca Headquarters where you are greeted by your cruise director and welcomed aboard your luxury yacht.

Cruise the Banderas Bay

Enjoy the morning cruise along the Vallarta coastline while enjoying a breakfast of fresh in season fruit, pastries, coffee, and juices plus our attentive service. Your transport yacht is incredibly comfortable for relaxing and enjoying our waters en route to Playa Chica Locca. From December to April keep an eye out for humpback whales and all year long enjoy turtles, dolphins, manta rays and birds.

Your destination is our remote beach paradise – accessible only by boat – so remote that it feels like a private island. This combination of luxury, all-inclusive service, and adventure is yours to enjoy all day and everything is included.

A fresh snack of freshly made guacamole and chips and an open premium bar greets you. You can choose to lounge on the sand, on a day bed in the shade, gather your group at the swim-up bar, or curl up in a comfortable lounge chair and soak up the sunshine. Our oceanfront infinity pool and spacious lounge areas redefine luxury in a natural setting.

With the help of our ocean guides you can Kayak, snorkel, paddleboard, swim and explore our protected beach at your leisure. You can also take a short guided walking tour to Quimixto waterfalls and jump into the cool, refreshing waters that flow year-round. An ATV or horse ride to the waterfall is available. Please notify your cruise director. Effortless adventure is steps away from our beach and pool area. Modern air-conditioned bathrooms, luxury details, and plenty of space allow for a private feeling, or you can swim up to our bar and join the fun.

Lunch is Served

Prepared fresh from our kitchen, a flavorful serving of Mexican fajitas with rice, beans, and tortillas is served. Our attentive staff is available for all drink and food requests for the rest of the day. This is Paradise.

Our professional photo team has been following you all day. If you have not pre-booked your photos, you will have time to see what they have captured or to gather the group for some fun photos in an amazing tropical paradise.

Return Trip

The good times don’t end until you arrive at our final destination, so the open premium bar dancing and cruising back to Vallarta is a great way to finish an amazing day.

Are Chica Locca Tours recommended for families and children?

Our tours provide exceptional family experiences. Our guests’ safety, comfort, and enjoyment are the main priority. While alcohol is served on all of our tours, we also serve various alcohol-free beverages. Music, dancing, socializing, ocean activities and fun times make all our tours family-friendly. If your family is sensitive to adult lyrics in songs please notify your cruise director, and we will accommodate you.

What should I bring with me?

It is recommended that you bring a towel, nontoxic sunscreen, a sweater or jacket, dry clothes, something to swim in, and a great attitude.

Are there bathrooms on the boat?

Yes, all of our boats are equipped with clean, modern toilets. Our mega yachts have plenty of bathrooms to support large groups, while our Chica Fun Day yachts have 1. The Super Panga is our only boat that does not have a bathroom.

Tell me more about your boats.

All of our boats vary in size. Our two large Limousine of the Sea Mega yachts are 100’ feet long with room for over 105 to 185 passengers. We also have several “Chica Fun” boats between 65’ to 50’ catamarans and one single hull. All of our boats are stable, well-equipped, safe, very comfortable, and specifically designed for maximum enjoyment. Do you have private tour options available?

Yes! We have many private tour charters available for groups up to 185 people. Please visit our private tours page to view our private options.

Is the ocean safe and comfortable for swimming?

The tropical waters of the Banderas Bay offer some of the most consistent, safe and tranquil ocean swimming in the world. Ocean water temperatures are warm and inviting. Our expert ocean crew stops for water activities only in the safest, most calm spots and are aware of daily ocean conditions and share this information with our guests.

Are public tours available for the elderly or disabled?

With the help of our crew and with advanced notice we can accommodate most requests. Some tours are better than others. Remote Beach Paradise can accommodate, the elderly and the disabled with assistance.

Are photographs included?

A professional photographer is assigned to every tour. You can reserve a photo package at checkout or directly from the Photographer on your tour.

Is ground transportation to my meeting point included?

No, ground transportation to your tour meeting point is not included. However, we offer easy booking for ground transportation with us. Click here.

For Public tour groups from Sayulita to La Cruz. Marina we provide complimentary transportation from the Sayulita Office only.

What is your cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy. If you have any questions, please call us. We’re here to help with rescheduling when required.

Public Tours Cancellation & Refund Policy

- - More than 24 hours before departure: Guests can receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost subject to availability.
  - Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: No refund will be issued. Rescheduling is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee may apply.

General Terms & Conditions

- - Cancellations must be made in writing via email to our customer service team. The timestamp of the email will determine the cancellation time.
  - Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the approval of the cancellation request.
  - In case of inclement weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances that lead to the cancellation of a tour by Chica Locca Tours, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without any additional fees.
  - Chica Locca Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel tours for safety reasons. Guests will be offered a full refund or rescheduling options if changes significantly alter the tour experience or if a tour is canceled.
