Chica Locca Tours Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Chica Locca Tours, we strive to provide our guests with exceptional boating experiences, whether you’re joining us on a public tour or have reserved a private charter. We understand that plans can change, and we have developed the following cancellation and refund policy to offer flexibility while ensuring we can manage our schedules and resources effectively.


Public Tours Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 24 hours before departure: Guests can receive a full refund or reschedule their tour at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Less than 24 Hours Before Tour or No-Show: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour date, arrive late, or don’t show, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability, and a rescheduling fee may apply.


Private Charters Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund or rescheduling of the charter at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • 14 to 30 days before departure: 75% refund or an option to reschedule the charter with a rescheduling fee, based on availability.
  • Less than 14 days before departure: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Chica Locca Tours, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

For Cruise Ship Guests

  • Full refund if the cruise misses port or is canceled, up to the day of cruise arrival.


General Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to our customer service team. The timestamp of the email will determine the cancellation time.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the approval of the cancellation request.
  • In case of inclement weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances that lead to the cancellation of a tour by Chica Locca Tours, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without any additional fees.
  • Chica Locca Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel tours for safety reasons. If changes significantly alter the tour experience or if a tour is canceled, guests will be offered a full refund or rescheduling options.
  • Any rescheduled tour is subject to availability. Prices may vary based on the new booking date, and guests will be responsible for any price differences.
