Whale Watching Season is December 8th to March 23rd
We invite you to witness nature’s finest show while cruising aboard one of our mega yachts in the Banderas Bay. Winter consistently delivers perfect weather for cruising on the open water, viewing wildlife and sunsets you will remember forever.
From November to April the main attraction is our special winter visitors, the humpback whales. They call the protected waters of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay home. They come here to breed, nurse their babies, and enjoy the tropical warmth and abundance, much like yourself. These gentle giants of the sea share the local waters with dolphins, turtles and rays.

Service begins promptly. Our sunset tour enjoys freshly made guacamole, blue corn chips. Throughout the tour, our premium beverage service is open including water, coffee, juices, sodas, plus margaritas, piña coladas, beer, tequila, wine, champagne and more. All delivered with our famous Chica Locca Service.
Whale Watching and Sunset
This cruise is all about finding whales. Our expert staff and Cruise Director are informed on the latest whale watching conditions and best options for viewing. We will cruise to various locations in the bay while scanning the horizon for the giant fins and tails of humpback whales. Chances are you will also encounter dolphins, turtles, and rays. To share a moment with these gentle Giants of the sea up close and to witness their playful nature is an unforgettable experience. As the sunset hour approaches, the captain slows the boat to enjoy our stunning winter sunsets while music, dancing, drinks, or relaxing while soaking up an unforgettable evening cruise.
Return to Port
On the return trip, feel free to enjoy our open premium bar plus non-alcoholic beverages and snacks as you socialize, dance, or scan the horizon for whales. Cruising on the bay is a special experience, whether you’re with new friends or cherished companions and loved ones. In the evening, the Vallarta skyline is often lit up with fireworks. A photographer is always onboard and will present images from your day for purchase if you did not reserve the service.
