- More than 7 Days before departure: Full refund or rescheduling without additional cost.
- Less than 7 days. No Refund. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Chica Locca Tours based on availability and a rescheduling fee.
General Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to our customer service team. The timestamp of the email will determine the cancellation time.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the approval of the cancellation request.
- In case of inclement weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances that lead to the cancellation of a tour by Chica Locca Tours, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without any additional fees.
- Chica Locca Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel tours for safety reasons. Guests will be offered a full refund or rescheduling options if changes significantly alter the tour experience or if a tour is canceled.
- Any rescheduled tour is subject to availability. Prices may vary based on the new booking date, and guests will be responsible for any price differences
